I must praise the vendor Avalaya for the promptness and the great customer service they gave me. I received the product which, not only looks like represented but also exceeded all my expectations. The Cross is beautifully made. I received my parcel, having been kept fully informed throughout the processing of the order (packing, sending etc..) by Avalaya and it was packaged with great care. Well done. I give both the vendor and the product a 5 stars!
