This is a stunning item of jewellery but it has a very big problem, the pendant only runs one way on the chain and gets stuck half way round your neck. I went into Clive Ranger recently to see if all the crosses were the same and they are, I tryed five of the crosses that Clive Ranger had in stock and they all had the same problem.
Why don't Clogau withdraw this item and do something about it!
